Returns & Exchanges

At Baby Gold, we want you to be completely in love with your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized pieces. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be emailed to you; please print it and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the jewelry in its original Baby Gold box and mail it back to us via any authorized UPS drop-off location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality assurance team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
